I would rate BMW cars a 9/10 but Williams Manchester 1 star. I am so shocked at lack of knowledge to be able to fix my car window - it's alarming! I lm starting to think they don't care to properly fix it because it's under warranty/for free.

Someone decided to pull my dash cam and it's mount completely off the window rather than removing the camera (which attaches magnetically), which was a bit of a faff to get back on

I believe that a five hour window for such a small check is to long. I only live in Davyhulme but it's a couple of miles to walk home at 11.00 and return at 1600 is quite a distance when it's raining.

I brought my vehicle back for a recall but it also had a leak on the front right valve. I asked to buy a valve repair kit on collection but as I collected my car the tyre was fully pumped up and there was no note of it on the health check.
