There were many reasons but mainly the communication was very poor, misleading and flat-out lies. The people not responding to calls and different people giving different answers for the same questions which were totally made up. Very disappointing.

When already paying a premium vs. a non-BMW garage, I don't think the cost of recycling parts should be passed onto the customer. If BMW wants to dispose of parts sustainably that, in my opinion, is their bill to pick-up. The WFH area is good.

I received a phone call some time after I collected my car to say they had forgotten to top up my coolant or test my tyre pressures. This means I now have to take time out from my schedule to call back in. Not the service I expect from BMW.

Brought the car in with 3 issues and when I went to collect the car the exact 3 issues have been there. The car has been with BMW for 9 days. My car is still there now and the communication is non existent... I really hope I can collect the car soon
