I think the new booking in system detracts from the experience as there seemed to be nobody around in the customer service department. When i went to collect my car i had to wait at least 45mins before anyone in service came to the waiting area

Usually a great experience, but this visit was disappointing. I booked an engine service and extra queries to sort everything in one trip. No callback, issues ignored, & excuses made. Now I must return and take more time off work. Poor communication.

Overall very happy, chloe was brilliant, very welcoming, polite and she explained everything perfectly and offered me a drink. The waiting facilities are comfortable and relaxing, every memeber of staff was accommodating and very pleasant.

Everything well, but the screen wash I used to use (Tesco) has been in all my previous cars without issues, therefore the BMW system is very sensitive! It's also impossible for me to clean / empty and £154 cost is very expensive!

Would have been 5 stars but waited a hour longer than expected (so 3.5hrs for an oil and filter change!) and is unnecessarily expensive!

Initially, you missed a tyre puncture. This was then repaired and a further 2 new tyres were changed. You left all three flat. Windscreen wipers were changed, but not fitted properly.

I went to pick up my car but it had 7% battery so they said they would charge it for me so i could get home. I was then told the charger wasnt working so had to go back home in the rental car. Also they didn't do all the jobs asked.

Really poor experience. Left to wait 20mins for car after told arrival time. Not given new window wipers - requested a week prior to the service and had to mention this myself on a call same day and upon invoice. Given wrong car keys at collection.

Soft top car was put through automatic car wash when this was requested not to happen. Have previously been advised by this centre not to do this. It seems fine but raises concerns about the robustness of your processes so other mistakes could happen

Car came in for a starter motor recall and that was completed in less than 4 hours so a really quick turnaround. I have another place issue with the car and I paid to have diagnostics run to pinpoint the fault. This was done.

It was seamless and I was happy with the service except for when I asked if I could have something in writing or added to the Idrive to show work has been carried out on the the vehicle in replacing the starter motor due to a recall.

Usually the service is impeccable. It wasn't the same. Fridays are busy but I dropped the car at 8.10 and waited as usual, which I enjoy,I work from the showroom,and speak to Pam/Damien if he's in. Not informed Spark plugs take 3 hrs £1500 is a lot!

Went to the Barton Dock site due an mot. I booked in online, wasn't met with a person and 3 hours later I approached the desk area to ask how it was. I ordered a top up bottle if oil which was not given and I have called up twice since and no help.

A diagnostic was advised on the battery to as the charge has been lacking recently. When collecting the car the agent advised this happens during the winter because of the weather, why wasn't I told this but instead charged £160 to find no issues?
