Was not ideal, for a £58,000 brand new car you expect a certain level of organisation and customer experience. From the outset being asked would you like a coffee ? Go over their and get it yourself to the handover and being called afterwards to pay.

Overall good service. Really disappointed with the car wash wasn't very well cleaned. Also I had an electrical fault with the electric seats which should be covered under the bmw 3 years warranty due to electrical fault but had to pay.

Since I have had my egr replaced, the service I feel I have had is poor. I was told I could a taxi refund whilst my car is in for the work, however I still I have not received a responce and my advisor told me they don't deal with it and can't help.
