Nothing was too much trouble. As I couldn't get into the garage we did everything via email which they made so easy. They sorted everything to do with my private plate and even arranged delivery of the car to me which was so helpful.

Everything was explained clearly. The car was ready for us on collection day, private registration was already on the car. The handover was straightforward and relaxed. the Manchester branch is a lovely showroom and everyone is very friendly.

My car is 20 years old and I was offered the option of it going through an automated car wash after the work was complete . My wing mirrors are a bit delicate so I wasn't able to accept this offer . However a wash by hand would have been welcome

The leak was not identified first time. They suggested a change of sunroof seal, which I have still not been able to order and get fitted after multiple phone calls. I am waiting for an appointment in 2 weeks , by which time my car will damaged.

Please see above, charged to even look at a defect 'in case' it isn't covered by warranty goes against all the experience I have about BMW warranty over many years and I now question if it's worth buying another new car from BMW for a warranty.

Overall positive but a bit of feedback. As I was paying, lady mentioned I had an advisory on MOT (nail found in tyre). No one had told me or asked if I wanted it to be resolved. Due to time I was paying, had to wait 45 mins extra to get it looked at.
