I was really happy with the service sanjeev gave to me and my family. Made us feel really welcome and was helpful through the whole process from start to end. My nephew was made the happiest with his new teddy!

Michael Berry at Williams was good to deal with good comms throughout the process via email and calls. My only niggle was car delivery extending past the 31 March despite being ordered in early December, attracting a significant increase in VED.

Would have liked to have been told at the time of service/booking that my brake fluid needed doing 3 weeks later. If told I would have done it with the service. Instead the light came on 3 weeks later and I had to book in again.

I cant give a completely satisfied as I believe the issue with the Battery cable and battery should have been recognised earlier when the amp was replaced and then the MOT, aircon service wheel swap done. Poor communication and resolution, costly !!!

Unfortunately i got charged for a battery in my car key which was a display key and they assured me the battery had been swapped but it was clearly the wrong battery so they haven't refunded for that battery as yet

Awful service at Williams. Poor customer service. Wouldn't listen to me as the customer and were not willing to help find a solution to the problem I had. The initial advisor was I think called Gavin. Poor individual. I'm still waiting for my refund

Paid for tyre sensor to be replaced, then another, then asked to pay for a third. (Other garage immediately said it's obviously not the tyre sensors that are faulty and it's the antenna the sensors are hooked up to).

I took my car if as it had developed fault however the diagnostic process was inadequate going only as far as plugging the car in to check for fault codes, not even bothering to test drive it to experience the fault. I felt they wasted my time.
