Lack of courtesy car. Seems to be that you need to book months in advance to get one. Luckily I planned the work to coincide with an office day so I could get a tram and a 2 mile walk.

I booked my car in for service but halfway through the day remembered my MOT was due for renewal, I rang Williams to explain my problem and it was no problem for them to carry out the MOT , great service.
