Please see above. I understand that if a service is due within 4 months or 4,000 miles then it is provided free of charge...however my wife's journeys of 8 miles each day seem to be unacceptable for the car based on your service teams comments.
As previous answer but also the clean, new showroom and service centre were a pleasure to visit and made what was actually quite a mundane task to collect my car after a service into an experience where I felt like a truly valued customer.
