Staff are very friendly at both the Manchester and the Stockport branches. The mechanics have taken time to discuss and explain any problems I had. This was especially the case with the Stockport branch but both branches are excellent.

The breaks was making squeaky noise all the time, but after booking it in, even though the engineer said they couldnt find any faults with the brakes. The brakes somehow is not making any noise now , they must have done something to dampen the squeak

I know it's difficult times at the minute but it would of been nice to still be able to get a coffee, even if it's one from a machine. Every thing else was spot on and your staff members were very professional all the time I was there waiting. ??
