Jamie on the service desk was excellent, and it was good to see Tony and David Calderbank again. I was advised that my car would be ready in approximately two hours, however, it was ready in one hour and 45 minutes, spotlessly clean.

Overall, highly satisfied. Quick job time and helpful staff. However, car wash service could be a bit more detailed, such as thorough cleaning of alloys, removing scuff marks, etc.

The online booking system did not work. The dealer knows that it is not kept up to date or reflective of available slots. No point in using it at all, and frustrating to know it is a waste of time.

I like that I can choose days & times to suit me. The car has always been cleaned inside and out. I have knocked one off on this occasion because we were kept waiting during the pickup.

Very happy with collection and drop-off, but vehicle went into fix an intermittent fault on the entertainment system, which was not rectified. Brake fluid service etc was all fine.

If there is anything I could suggest from experience, it would be:1. it’s beneficial to specify when exactly the service is due. I came in too early for it. 2. Please pump the tyre to the recommended pressure during the service.

Overall I was happy with the work, however I wasn't happy with the price paid for the work. My car only went in to have a service and the front brake pads changing but then I was told that I needed rear Pads changing, also Disc's on all four wheels

On the whole I was satisfied- apart from on the day I took delivery there was a scratch on part of the door, which was disappointing- however after sales organised an appointment for this part to be replaced, so that’s fine.
