It took longer than expected which is absolutely fine as I had a courtesy car but I was not happy that the car mat (driver seat) was covers with oil / black grease patches and my belongings from the boot (eg yoga mat) was covered with it too.
Good service, did exactly what was needed to be done.

New system for booking in meant I waited half an hour to book in and three quarters of an hour to get the car back.
The service team were very attentive and friendly. Car was returned very clean.
Time before being able to book in has been 3 weeks or more. Poor communication of repair status and notice of availability of car. Customer here since 2006, now service response is worst it has ever been. Next car will not be from here again as slow
I took my car in for a speaker replacement. The engineer & service staff I originally dealt with left, the others didn't have a complete understanding of the issue wasn't fixed properly. Now I'm booked in after 1 whole month to take my car back again
Had to visit twice to get nitrous oxide sensor changed, each time the lady at desk offered send home with taxi worth £5. It's a shame that I paid a lot of money to buy this car, they are giving £5 for a taxi. POOR EXPERIENCE

It took many calls over a period of 3 weeks to make a booking for a service. I was promised a call back which I didn't receive too. The reason given was due to a recall but there should be ways of booking online to ensure customers have an option.
For the price of the service we would have expected the ad blue to have been topped up and tyres to have been checked. They were under inflated. Years ago the software would have been updated and it wasn't. The service is too rushed and it shows.

I was advised my car was a 90min drive through service, arrived at 8am as agreed then to be told it's going to be 3hrs eventually left at 11am to go on a golf day which, then had to go back due to engine light coming on due to something not done righ
The car isn't showing up as having a service pack on BMW systems for other dealers.
I was informed that my brake oil will be topped up and i ll have to pay for it..which made me worried, then on collecting the car this was not mentioned at all.
Warranty issue month into ownership; away 2 weeks; few updates. Courtesy car initially alternative brand with very expensive fuel economy; managed to request a change as told car not ready. told car ready after fuelling replacement. Ours not washed!!
I was advised at the service desk that the work was not necessary in rather an offhand way & was left with the impression that it was preferred that I left at that point. I asked that the work go ahead & was told a price would be worked out.
The service was fast and good. The vehicle wash left a lot to be desired - such as oil over the bodywork.
End of warranty check. It was not spotted that break fluid would need changing 1 day later this was inconvenient and could have been done at the time
Williams in Manchester have been very good other than having the same issues as Warrington with very long wait times for service and even longer if I need a loan vehicle

The car hadn't been cleaned or washed inside or out really really disappointed with this as the last time it was in for repair it was cleaned.
Service excellent as ever. However , one issue with water welling in sill could'nt be resolved.

My car was in for several days as parts not available, no courtesy car available so had to resort to train/taxi. And when I collected the car 4 days later it hadn't been cleaned- I would have thought this would be part of the service.
I was told car would be returned to me,serviced,washed etc.this was not the case.i was told that the vehicle had puncture and tyre would need replacing, authorisation form was sent to me to ok the works. On inspection next day it was found not true
My at went in for a device and the oil filter housing broke down. They had to keep my car because a part needed ordering. Williams put me in a courtesy car but made a big fuss about inconveniencing me to change for a manual car from enterprise
Very responsive once the car was seen. There is a long waiting list for service appointments.
It was ok but you told me you had repaired a connection to a break light and you clearly haven't as the warning is still coming up
Noise still exit in the brake padel. Brendan offered family dinner for compensation which I refuse to take it. I rang Brendan again on 19/03/2019 to inform him about did not rest emission test date on the trip computer, left the message till now no
My vehicle has a tracker fitted, the way in which the vehicle was been driven reflects the attitude towards its customers, the rapid acceleration and breaking is totally unacceptable. The vehicle was tracked at 52mph in a 30mph zone.
I had a problem at very short notice, which was resolved very quickly. I contacted your team member Claire Heaton, who resolved the situation almost straight away.

You didn't realise it was booked in for service you thought it was just an oil problem fix so was messed about for a second time I couldn't believe the utter discontent and the way I have been treated at bmw manchester will be using Stockport garage

Bmw when beyond the Sevice,when I asked them if I could wait when the Sevice was being done . They finished the FULL SEVICE in record time so I didn't have to wait to long.
I had been told when I dropped the car off that it would receive a valet, however im not sure if this is general practice as it didn't happen. Slightly confusing.

Unable to do all the work I was expecting as they over booked with work. The car was returned to me but they didn't bring a card machine so I couldn't pay and they couldn't leave. I had a warning for an overheated clutch from how it had been driven

The salesman Richard Wall was excellent, I was made to feel like a valued customer and felt that things went fast when needed, without personally feeling under pressure.
