Service wasn't great as kept waiting to pick my car up to 35 - 40 mins on 2 occasions in the same week. On the second visit to be told the sorry I forgot you were waiting.
I had conflicting messages from BMW on the Monday saying my car was ready and that it had just gone into the workshop. I left 2 messages through the day asking for clarification then had a call on the Tuesday asking when I would bring the car back.
They had a problem changing an oil filter during a service but this was corrected
I was not happy with how the problem I had with the car was handled . I felt I had to chase where the status of the repairs were at. I must confess the repairs done have greatly improved the performance of the car so not a problem mechanical side
we were looked after by the reception staff and the service personnel. Even though we are a Motability customer we feel valued.

I find it hard to book service this year- no one answers the phone- when some one does they say they will phone back and they don't- annoying- looking forward to new location as Manchester city centre is a no go area.
The reception didn't have a full list of what I required doing to the car on top of the service. Had to print out again. No sat nav update available, said would send in post, not arrived yet.

Several of the issues were sorted but one was not due to it not presenting itself when with the dealer. This is hugely frustrating as it leave me waiting for it to resurface before then returning the vehicle back to the dealer again.

The car was organised to have a service and ongoing investigations to the automatic boot fault, car was left with the dealership for the day, but fault still remains faulty, still waiting for a follow up call, over a week and nothing
Had to call up 5 time to get update of my car that is already at bmw garage. when i do get the update they say my car won't be ready till the next day. At that point it was late in the afternoon, so we had to get puplic transport home.
Having been told that the oil housing break could have resulted in debris dropping into the engine and then the engine being excessively rough and clanking when the car was returned to me makes me believe something may of been dropped engine.
It was an enjoyable customer experience as Dave took away the hassle.
Service dept opens early and keeps to schedule which means car was serviced and back home by 10:00. Means I miss the rushhour
Waiting time to get the work completed was excessive, more than 8 weeks. When you finally had the car the work overran by three days also.
Everything was fine I just wished I got all the promised phone calls and kept updated on the progress of my car being fixed.
The staff went out of their way to fit in my service before I went away on a European driving holiday

I don't think the car was prepared properly to the approved used car specification. The tyres aren't run flat and the nuts have been overtightened before I owned the car. The technician who I dealt with was great as was the service part of my visit.
Exceptionally poor communication, I had to chase and chase to get an answer of what was going on, no-one returned my calls and as a result my wife was left without the car for 3 days, while at home with a baby and no idea when we were getting it back
Did the job and no complaints abut the job, just not smart charging me a premium and when I queried it saying it was DVSA set rate, forgetting to mention your additional fees.

The staff member in the desk didn't seem to understand or want to rmtry understand my needs until I raised I have been here many of times and mentioned potentially speaking to management Car was not cleaned after service checks as usual
It took longer than expected which is absolutely fine as I had a courtesy car but I was not happy that the car mat (driver seat) was covers with oil / black grease patches and my belongings from the boot (eg yoga mat) was covered with it too.
New system for booking in meant I waited half an hour to book in and three quarters of an hour to get the car back.
Pathetic would never got there again!
Good service, did exactly what was needed to be done.
Time before being able to book in has been 3 weeks or more. Poor communication of repair status and notice of availability of car. Customer here since 2006, now service response is worst it has ever been. Next car will not be from here again as slow
The service team were very attentive and friendly. Car was returned very clean.
I took my car in for a speaker replacement. The engineer & service staff I originally dealt with left, the others didn't have a complete understanding of the issue wasn't fixed properly. Now I'm booked in after 1 whole month to take my car back again

Had to visit twice to get nitrous oxide sensor changed, each time the lady at desk offered send home with taxi worth £5. It's a shame that I paid a lot of money to buy this car, they are giving £5 for a taxi. POOR EXPERIENCE

There is no sync among your teams, i bought the car on feb 2019 and less than a month after i experienced a gear problem which was solved by the emergency team, which advised on that time that the car needs software upgrade, the service team said no

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We've owned other BMWs for 4 years and yet only learnt about things they could do when we were shown them on our new vehicle by the Genius. Embarrassing when we learnt they are also on our existing vehicle!
Nigel was a fantastic help when making my decision in choosing my next vehicle, he provided all the relevant information I required and alot more
Ash worked really hard to get a delivery slot to fit around my work and exceeded expectations in getting the car and delivered within 2 weeks and the handover was quick and professional. He also assisted to give back my old car which was great.

Ismail delivered an excellent customer service from initial enquiry to delivery of car. He understood my needs and tailored the package to suit me. Provided regular update and even stayed late for to pick up the car.
