This is my 3rd BMW from Williams and have always been satisfied with the products and service.
I have been a BMW customer for 8 years now I have always used BMW for my servicing, MOT's and anything else that's been needed on my cars I was a little disappointed on the waiting time and lack of staff on the service department this time round

Its no so much the service - but the explanation of the service. I feel staff should do more to explain the specifics of the service. Especially if its a big service i.e. oil and filter changes on a high performance engine.

The staff were ok, but the environment no longer feels like I matter, its more of a conveyor belt and whilst they use 'Mr' and 'sir' it isn't backed with any enthusiasm.

Bmw service prices are expensive
Had flat tyre over the Bank holiday weekend following the service...took to Kwikfit who advised it was a faulty value, which they repaired...however, they also advised one of the bolts had been put in and possibly cross threaded or tightened too much

I needed a repair to my boot .The car was just out of warranty but the manager agreed to pay for the repair in full
I found dealing with Alexandra Jamison very pleasing. She was very calm, professional and helpful in all aspects of the sale. She was very open and honest. I will be recommending her to my friends if anyone is interested in buying a new BMW.

Work carried out on time, very polite staff.
The job of changing wheels was done but the tyre pressures of the standard wheels being fitted were not checked, they were all low setting the alarm off so I had to pump them up myself
From receiving the first call telling me that service was due, I probably dealt with four/five different people in the service department. At every stage all involved knew exactly what was going on. Great communication and excellent internal system.
Took a while to get my car after the service as my car had been blocked in. Otherwise good service.

i particularly ask for David Mellor Service Advisor as he provides continuity and someone who has been most helpful in the past. I never feel embarassed with david if I have to keep taking car back for further servicing.
The sales person Sana Aslam was fantastic, nothing too much, kept us updated each week from the date of placing the order and made me feel that I was her only customer. Cannot rate her highly enough, best sales person I have ever dealt with.
Great advice and service
Delighted with the sales experience and I was also appreciative that the centre was able to deliver the car to me (rather than me picking up), but the car was delivered dirty and not to the usual standard i would expect for purchasing a new car.

The customer service provided through out my transaction with Williams bmw Manchester was great however as soon as i stated I wasnt happy with having the wrong interior they suddenly started only conversing with me over email and were very unhelpful
From the test drive to the drive away the whole time was a pleasure

The Manchester centre is always nice and open. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, especially Elliott who guided me throughout the process and was very patient with me! :)
