I needed a repair to my boot .The car was just out of warranty but the manager agreed to pay for the repair in full
I found dealing with Alexandra Jamison very pleasing. She was very calm, professional and helpful in all aspects of the sale. She was very open and honest. I will be recommending her to my friends if anyone is interested in buying a new BMW.

Work carried out on time, very polite staff.
The job of changing wheels was done but the tyre pressures of the standard wheels being fitted were not checked, they were all low setting the alarm off so I had to pump them up myself
Took a while to get my car after the service as my car had been blocked in. Otherwise good service.
From receiving the first call telling me that service was due, I probably dealt with four/five different people in the service department. At every stage all involved knew exactly what was going on. Great communication and excellent internal system.
As I said the service was excellent.
i particularly ask for David Mellor Service Advisor as he provides continuity and someone who has been most helpful in the past. I never feel embarassed with david if I have to keep taking car back for further servicing.

Nice people but the focus is not on the individual customer any more. Any issue outside of a processed norm is not able to be dealt with at Williams.
Despite being on the servicing package with MOT protection I did not pass the mot and BMW did nothing about it

Service was fine, service cost and plan are disappointing

Did the service, front pads were needed according to service indicator, inspection revealed not required so reset FOC and did not try to replace parts unnecessarily.
Your lady on the maintenance team handled it perfectly, better than usual

Great service. Service reception were not expecting me (screw up with oxford road) but Cathy soon sorted the issue. Got a call within 4 hours - service complete. I was a bit worried yesterday the screen told me that I had no oil and should fill 1 ltr

didn't realise if i had an issue with my car that I could not get someone to look at it whilst doing the service as it was booked as a fast tracked service so had to bring car in again -
Good customer service from reception to service advisor
you can do with a better taxi/transport provider as I have always waited for 30mins for a taxi after dropping my car.
They always (have used them a couple of times before) go the extra mile. When I got a nail through a tire as i set of on important journey they had me back on the road in an hour.

the service was very good despite some members of staff not being in on time due to bad weather . A fault I reported the tailgate rattling was fixed the same day as the service
I always get good service from David, my favourite service advisor at Williams Manchester. He seems to know the cars and understands any issues I've needed to have looked at under warranty. I have also had an expensive steering rack replaced

Wasn't fully confident with purchase until I drove the car
I give it 4.75 stars because its Crammed , chlostrofobic , the location is very poor . Its a great pity because all else very good .
The Manchester centre is always nice and open. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, especially Elliott who guided me throughout the process and was very patient with me! :)

It was slow to get initial responses to e-mails, especially as Williams had approached me about Black Friday deals in the first place, and I was on the verge of going elsewhere. Once the salesman realised I was a serious buyer, things improved.
